As of 10/29/24, hard to see trail at the moment towards the end. Has many difficult hills to climb, and an exposing rock section looking over the Hudson. Easier for hikers, although still a challenge. Very difficult for mountain bikers.

For my fellow mountain bikers, this trail wasn’t ideal for riding. In my opinion, it’s much better suited for hiking than mountain biking. I honestly felt like I wasted my time because it didn’t offer the type of ride I was expecting.
If you’re looking for a great mountain biking experience, I highly recommend Blue Mountain Reservation. The trails there are much more enjoyable and better suited for mountain biking.
