Rough dirt road (watch for ruts and loose rocks) that meanders through cow pasture. Be very careful of cattle These huge animals can startle and then run in front of you. Make a bit of noise to let them know you're coming through. Enjoy nice views, suffer on the climb, get washboarded on the decent. No tree coverage so it can get a hot in the sun. Connect to Wildcat Canyon Trail below or to Nimitz (paved) path way up above. And please: be sure to properly shut cattle gates!
