Appropriately named, Hidden Valley Park features climbing and twisting singletrack situated in deep, yet hidden ravines. Currently the maintained trail is a 3 mile loop that follows the natural contour and terrain of the old growth woods.
Access Info
Take Interstate 435 to the Parvin Road exit and proceed west 0.5 mile. Turn left (south) onto Bennigton Road. Stay on this for a third of a mile and turn right (west) on to Russell Road. Look for the parking lot on the top of the hill on the right.

I really like this trail!! No rocks!! It was a fun ride and I'll definitely be back. I highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area.

One of the more fun loops in the area but it’s definitely a place that you “earn your descent”. Sharp climbs followed by flow and fast sections. The landscape is a chefs kiss with some nice exposure here and there. Props to the builders for making it flow with the area so well that even in complete leaf coverage you’re never confused as to where to go.
TOG
Great flow and a great place to learn how to ride fast. No rock gardens with plenty of pump opportunities to keep things moving. Clockwise gets you some fast decents; especially leading into the roller coaster section. Counter or anti-clockwise you'll have suttle climbs with 1 or 2 tough ones, short and sweet though. Flow remains throughout.
