Heading South from the Northern tip of Asylum, easy Singletrack feeding into a double track. Neat views of the back of Worcester State Psychiatric Hospital. Grueling, long climb at the end to the abandoned Mill site. Easiest way up to the start of Asylum.

Follow Asylum, take a hard right at the 4-way intersection at the bottom of the trail. Follow the clearly marked trail taking a right (west) away from the access gate to the back of the hospital.
