Most corners are clay powder making it a challenge / washout issue for kids. Other than that it's well maintained.

Grass has been cut , trail is a shadow of its former self but still ok to ride a lap for fun.

Used to be a good practice track has been poorly maintained and now with super long grass and some tracks though switchbacks overgrown will ride...
