Dad Bod is one of BC's few one-way downhill runs. Experienced riders will enjoy numerous rock features and drops — some mandatory — as they bomb down this gnarly descent through the hardwood forest too fast to admire it. Hikers are recommended to avoid this trail, or if hiking it, remain aware of other traffic at all times. Fortunately, it's lappable when using Dad Bod Re-Ride to climb back up to the top and skippable if using the Re-Ride downhill. The trail starts at the intersection of Misfit Mile, unSTANKtioned, Dad Bod Re-Ride, and Dad Bod; the trail ends at the intersection of unSTANKtioned, Participation Trophy, Dad Bod Re-Ride, AVID Loop, and Dad Bod.
