IT: sentiero naturale. Il terreno è morbido e c'è molto grip. Ci sono parecchi tornanti e alcuni passaggi tecnici. Attenzione a uno spesso filo di ferro tra la prima e la seconda curva.

IT: da Chabodey seguire la strada che sale per circa 8 km fino ad Arpillaz. Quando la strada inizia a scendere, dopo circa 500m la partenza del sentiero si trova sulla sinistra dopo una casa.
