Ce sentier se prend à partir du deuxième lac (Lac Hector), il longe le lac jusqu'au bout de celui-ci et ensuite emprunte un sentier qui offre plusieurs points de vues et différents terrains. On traverse entre autre une grande faille laisser presque vide suite à un relâchement de barrage de castor plus haut. Ensuite on fait une belle ascension pour aller rejoindre le sentier "Transkékéko" et revenir par celui-ci.
