Trail začína v Námestove pri kruhovom objazde pri vstupe do mesta. Trail prechádza okolo rieky Biela Orava popod most až k MBM. Odtiaľ asi pol kilometra po asfalte cez Oravskú Jasenicu. Potom lavičkou a zas okolo rieky až do Lokce.
