Named after the diving board drop at the start, this trail sends you down across comfortably numb with some tight bench cut at the top and tight switchbacks in the middle, ending with a few small jumps through the trees and back to the fire road or comfortably numb start point to head back up.
Due to the nature of this trail, hiking and trail running not recommended
