This trail was apparently designed to be a "progression" from Greens to Blues, similar to Midtown. I personally think Midtown and OTT are better progressions.
This is a fun trail for practicing specific techniques and checking your bike after making adjustments. Most of the Blues in the park are long cross-country rides with manageable tech. This one is a little more intense due to how much stuff there is back-to-back with almost no break but it gives you a lot more feedback about your riding and your setup.
Try to get off your brakes and enjoy the quick ride. It's one thing after another: rollers, berms, pavers, tiny jumps, wooden bridges. Very little pedaling required, but pay attention.
