Eagle Trace features several short punchy uphills and views of the Laughery Valley far below. This trail can be used to link up with Worm Hole to get to the southern end of the always popular Potato Peeler trail. On your way to the Worm Hole connection take a break on Hassmer Hill. If you're lucky you might see one of the parks many bald eagles hunting over Laughery Creek.
Eagle Trace is located 1/4 mile south of the Finks Road parking lot. Just take a left out of the parking lot onto the Finks Road Connector. Proceed past the brown metal gate. The trailhead will be a short ways up on your left.
