Stien går ned litt fra hvor en steinhage ved Vardeåsen er, og så går det opp med et veldig teknisk og bratt og smalt enkelt spor med svinger og korte leiligheter med bratte klatre med svinger i mellom, til du kommer opp på toppen av berget, og så fortsetter det om i midten til du ser knapt se stien fortsetter ned igjen, med skarpe svinger 6 faller av og til slutt anstendig ned til sumpen.

The trail can be climbed from the swamp, but there is a drop off, you will have to be skilled rider to ride up, or you have to walk it,trail continues over the mountain,and until you see the trail it goes down steep with turns and roots.
From the rockharden:
The trail goes down a bit from where the rockgarden at Vardeåsen is, and then it goes up with a very technical & steep & narrow single track with turns, and short flats with steep short climbs with turns in between, until you come up on the mountain,and then it continues about in the middle until you see barely see the trail continue down again, with sharp turns 6 drop off, and finally decent down to the swamp.
