Fallen Timber is an old road bed that follows the ridge line of Brush Mountain. Unfortunately, it's not a fun ridge, more of a relentless mix of baby heads and washed out sections, all at a constant 3%. I wouldn't go out of my way to ride it, but it is the only connector to Douty Mill Trail and Yankee Run Trail. Riding it from east to west keeps the suffering to a minimum.
