Downhill trail at Nordic Valley. Steep and fun. The dirt under the trees is about as loamy as you get in this part of Utah. Dirt is dry and hardpack when not under the trees. The top half of the trail is very steep and has a couple 1-2' drops, steep switchbacks and good berms. The second half of the trail opens up and is higher speed into a couple of roll-able jumps/table tops and some big fast berms.

Access Info

The trail starts at the top of the Apollo lift. The sign for the Stray Dog ski run will point you in basically the right direction. This trail can technically also be accessed without using the chairlift by taking the Nordic Valley Service Road up to the top. This is a steep and loose service road. It's not great, but it works if the lifts aren't running.

Rideable and still fun but very overgrown in sections, would be sketchy to ride right now unless you know the trail well

What a great trail! Overgrown in the grassy sections crossing over runs, and some low hanging branches. Accessed via Pine Creek due to current...
