mtb Super nice and unexpected! The parking area is not where it's shown on TrailForks - it's moved to the new road just a little south of the original trail and about a quarter mile west. Nice parking area (all brand new) and the first part of this ride is nothing to get excited about, but once you hit the mesa trail, it's fabulous - easy rolling flow and beautiful scenery. mtb Exceptionally dry ... several inches of very soft dirt, making it especially tough on single speed. A few washouts from recent heavy rains, so riders need to pay attention to that as well. Very Dryview

mtb Corners are all very soft. And it's been very windy, so small sand drifts are found in many places on the trail. Very Dryview

mtb Pipeline work at the trail head has the beginning of the trail closed, but the trail can be accessed by going up the road a couple of hundred yards, and turning in at the fence line Dryview

mtb Early season conditions exist. Some hard pack but very soft just off the trail. Even the hard pack is soft in spots. Almost like riding with a flat. Other than that, love the flow, the loops and scenery Variableview
