Of the two west trails at Mooser Hollow, this is slightly shorter and more challenging with some tighter bermed corners, but overall a very beginner-friendly trail. The short loop made by riding Chinkapin and Flapjacks is a perfect spot to take new mountain bikers. Can be ridden both directions but flows really well east to west as a climbing trail as you can maintain a lot of speed on the uphill corners.
Some bermed corners may present an off-camber challenge, especially at low speed.
