Very well built trail!
Is it fun? Not particularly
Is it difficult? Parts of it will have beginners walking; but overall, no.

Pretty fun for a flat trail. Hope your cardio is up if you want to do it with any kind of speed. Downfall would be a ton of traffic, lots of beginners. Seen a few people with headphones in both ears couldn't even hear my bells, something newbs do.

No flow, flat corners to the point of being tiresome. Built in the low average speed "multi-use conflict avoidance style" of trail building that seems to be common in Edmonton. Constant frustration due to scrubbing of any speed you build up.
