Der ca. 50 lfm lange „Shared Trail” zum Waldspielplatz und zu den eigentlichen Startpunkten der Trails beginnt nördlich der Gafleinbach-Brücke am Verbindungsweg zwischen St. Wendelin und Brunnwald. Er ist als Zugangs- und Ausgangsweg zum Waldspielplatz konzipiert und in beide Richtungen für Fußgänger*innen und Biker*innen nutzbar.
Der blaue Flitz Flow Trail ist verspielt, aber dennoch vorhersehbar angelegt. Mit seiner abwechslungsreichen, rhythmischen Linienführung, den größeren Kurvenradien, Wellen und Anliegerkurven bietet er pures Trail-Vergnügen.
