Première piste verte du domaine VTT enduro du Massif du Lizieux, le début est assez plat et peut être humide s'il a plu récemment. la pente se fait de plus en plus présente au fur et à mesure qu'on avance sur la piste. Comme son nom l'indique il y a pas mal de flow. Il s'agit d'une piste idéal pour s'initier à rouler sur un single track.
