Première piste verte du domaine VTT enduro du Massif du Lizieux, le début est assez plat mais a été aménagé pour que ça roule bien. ensuite la pente se fait de plus en plus présente au fur et à mesure qu'on avance sur la piste. Comme son nom l'indique il y a pas mal de flow. Il s'agit d'une piste idéal pour s'initier à rouler sur un single track. Pour les plus aguéris c'est une piste plutôt sinueuse et rapide.
