      Getting chewed up by the motos .. tough climbs are made tougher by g-outs and deep sand in spots.

      Total beach. Fat bike maybe, but mostly deep sand is brutal on the climbs and sketchy on the downhills.

      Loamy and loose, trails are shared with moto riders so not exactly a perfect mtb trail but great if you need to train for xc race
