Aug 30, 2025 @ 11:49am Aug 30, 2025 | mtb Old tree stump exploded over the trail in the last section. Trail running well otherwise. | Ideal | view
Jul 5, 2025 @ 7:30pm Jul 5, 2025 | mtb Trail is in great shape. On skinny to the big log at the bottom is completely destroyed due to water. Exit to road has also completely eroded… but it’s a ditch so what ever. Otherwise trail is in the best shape I’ve ever seen it. | Dry | view
Oct 25, 2024 @ 5:32pm Oct 25, 2024 | mtb The trail did surprisingly well after the rain storm. there are a few sections where ground water springs have caused some erosion, mostly in the bottom third, but overall the trail is looking good. It needs a good raking from top to bottom, and there are a handful of problem areas that need rebuilding, but they existed before the storm | Variable | view
Sep 21, 2024 @ 3:14pm Sep 21, 2024 | mtb Tree near bottom still down but not a big concern. Otherwise trail is in great condition. | Ideal | view
Sep 2, 2024 @ 10:49am Sep 2, 2024 | mtb One tree down near the bottom, bit overgrown at the bottom in spots as well. Otherwise seemed to be running well. | Dry | view
Jul 27, 2024 @ 10:39pm Jul 27, 2024 | mtb Tree down about half way. will need a saw or a couple of burly lads. | Dry | view
Mar 25, 2024 @ 3:56pm Mar 25, 2024 | mtb Very large tree down in the top half of the trail just before one of the chutes. Likely same tree as previous report. Otherwise running fairly well, removed smaller deadfall. Photos attached | Variable | view
Dec 31, 2023 @ 11:09pm Dec 31, 2023 | trailrun Significant tree down about halfway down between top and exterminator intersection. Fine to walk over but otherwise blocking trail | Very Dry | view
Sep 22, 2023 @ 3:22pm Sep 22, 2023 | mtb Large Hemlock across trail on the last section that traverses back to the final log ride. Could possibly be moved with 3-4 people. I will try and get to it soon. Other than that, the trail is running fantastic. | Very Dry | view
Aug 24, 2023 @ 8:26pm Aug 24, 2023 | mtb Mega danger log on the blind landing of the plop drop, saw required. Thank you to whomever blocked off the takeoff! reporter | Very Dry | view
Jun 16, 2023 @ 2:52pm Jun 16, 2023 | mtb Slippery roots, but nice soft loam. | Wet | view
Jun 12, 2023 @ 7:32am Jun 12, 2023 | mtb Fully raked the upper trail down to the half pull connection. Some minor issues on the trail were fixed. | Dry | view
Jun 7, 2023 @ 7:47am Jun 7, 2023 | mtb Rode the trail yesterday, Lots of pine cones and sticks on the trail in need of a good raking overall still fun. | Dry | view
Apr 24, 2023 @ 5:20am Apr 24, 2023 | mtb The trees that were blocking the trail just below the half pull entry are now gone. The ground has been repaired and should be good to go. I'll miss the head notch log. | Unknown | view
Oct 16, 2022 @ 4:18pm Oct 16, 2022 | mtb | Dry | view
Aug 7, 2022 @ 7:37pm Aug 7, 2022 | mtb Running super good right now, the first bit of the trail is very tech but is ridable. I would definitely rate this trail a double black compared to other trails on the mountain, there's a few gnarly bits, but if you can manage them they're pretty fun. Takes me 2.25 hrs to do a lap from the junction of "the wall" and powerline trail and back. | Ideal | view
Jul 20, 2022 @ 9:32pm Jul 20, 2022 | mtb one or two inconvenient boggy bits (bottom of the first rock rolls), but otherwise fantastic | Dry | view
Jun 27, 2022 @ 9:30am Jun 27, 2022 | mtb Double-check the knot on the rope pull before weighting it: the yellow rope was hanging on with just a single overhand hitch. Though if you are relatively sure-footed and with someone else, you won't need it. Keep an eye out for oyster mushrooms by the double fallen trees. | Ideal | view
Jun 26, 2022 @ 9:50pm Jun 26, 2022 | mtb Ideal conditions, fully ridable (as much as it's always been) apart from the large double tree down at the original head cutout tree. Every other downed tree has been cleared or has a ride-around. reporter | Ideal | view
Jun 19, 2022 @ 9:11pm Jun 19, 2022 | mtb A large tree down half way down. Very slippery in the wet reporter | Wet | view
Oct 17, 2021 @ 3:39pm Oct 17, 2021 | mtb Did a bit of cleanup of the 2 new fallen trees after the head cutout tree. It is easily passable, but still needs a bit more cleanup. Just ran out of time. All clear below this. | Wet | view
Oct 11, 2021 @ 9:13pm Oct 11, 2021 | mtb Looks like some more chaos has happened around the head cutout log. Along with the previous two big trees, two small ones have fallen onto the big ones and rolled infront of them, not a huge deal. But 20 feet past this, a medium tree has fallen and dominoed onto 2 others, crossing over the trail a few times with some weird tension. Able to walk around off-trail to the right. All clear below this! | Variable | view
Oct 2, 2021 @ 1:41pm Oct 2, 2021 | mtb Rotten fir snag on lower pull | Ideal | view
Sep 1, 2021 @ 9:04pm Sep 1, 2021 | mtb Running well overall! A total of 5 trees down. Top to bottom. 1. Huge tree paralleling trail after the mandatory rock roll (old). 2. Medium tree across the trail immediately after the tightest bar check. Appears to be a new line cut to the right, but could be a derailleur eater. 3. Tree touching the old one with the head cutout. (old) 4. Small tree poking out 75% the way onto the trail, in between traversey bits about two thirds down. Could not move, could not bend, wedged. Hand saw will do (photos attached). 5. Medium tree across trail just before final fern section. Needs chainsaw, can't hop it easily as the backside is gross. (photo attached) | Ideal | view
Aug 29, 2021 @ 1:23pm Aug 29, 2021 | hike Tree across trail | Dry | view |
