This multi-surface trail maximizes riding on dirt and gets you to the western reaches of Golden Gate Park to Ocean Beach. This portion of the trail runs alongside the disc golf course. Take care at the transitions from trail to asphalt, where cars, pedestrians, and tourists often cross the trail. The trail is best enjoyed downhill from east to west and offers a good steady climbing challenge in the other direction.
