Steep and gnarly trail with a big reputation. Lots of steeps, rock rolls and chunder with no easy way around.
The famous woodwork on the trail is now mostly decrepit and replaced with new trail.
A long and highly technical ride that's pretty isolated. Exercise caution.

The top 90% was very challenging, but do-able with sessioning for me. And I was having a lot of fun cleaning everything. Then came the long bottom section and that was too much for me. Epic day tho.
Accessed going past Howler and Upper Howler. Also took the short hike next to Zanarchy for some great views.

Fantastic tech trail with lots of rock features and sharp, pointy rocks in steep shoots with exposed roots, going sideways. In its early days, it was probably easier but now with all the roots and holes in the shoots with the sharp rocks, add a level of difficulty, I commend the builder, it’s in great shape, and I love the challenge
