This is the Northern section of the Gerald Connolly Cross County Trail going from the W&OD, across Route 7, and to Great Falls Park. It transitions to gravel near Browns Mill road and then to pavement until it gets close to the 267 underpass. Turn right off the pavement into the woods (towards 267) if you are headed south to stay on the trail.
