Enter track by veering left after first small bridge on Native track. Track winds gradually uphill through native bush and passes a bank with Gloworms noticeable at night. After about 1.2km the track reaches its highest point near a farm fence line where the Mt Ruru mast can be seen. The track then winds its way down a fairly tight technical downhill to merge with the Native track. Due to natural obstacles and amount of climbing this track is recommended for riders who like to test their technical riding ability. Track not recommended during wet weather.
