The HaLilach trail is part of the Tivon circuit, but can be accessed directly from HaPragim lane. It's a short and fast trail, well shaded (nice when it's hot), ride when dry, it gets very muddy after rain, and dries slowly
On the last 200m soil gets loose and slippery, slow down .

If you arrive from HaPragim lane you will find the yellow mark of the Tivon circuit, cross the green cattle bridge.
