This trail can connect you from the main Ladysmith mountain biking area to the Trans Canada Trail network, among other roads and trails behind Forrest field, the diamond, and so on all the way to Spruston Road. Not very challenging, lots of double track, some single track. But very rocky, bumpy, and lumpy.
