Der Trail startet am Illenberg nahe der Luisenhöhe und führt hinunter ins Hexental. Der Hexentrail zählt zu den einfachsten und größtenteils flowigen Strecken in Freiburg – perfekt, um entspannt bergab zu cruisen.
Mit seinen zahlreichen Anliegern, kleinen Sprüngen und Wurzelpassagen bietet er dennoch genügend Abwechslung, um auch fortgeschrittene Fahrer bei Laune zu halten.

Toller Trail. Gar nicht so Anfänger-tauglich wie behauptet wird. Bei Trockenheit recht rutschiger Boden, vorsichtig vor rutschigen Anliegern.

So much fun, good flow and some opportunities for small jumps

Nice trail, a solid blue, that has quite some alternatives that are graded red or black, mostly jumps or drops. Not for tru beginners, but anyone who is above that initiation level will have fun on this trail. Soil is caly-y, very different form the others, dries out hard. Lots of waterdamage to the trail as well from the spring storms. Still loads of fun!
