High Point Trail- starts from a parking area just off South Road on the west end of the park. The trail should be traveled in a counter clockwise direction for the best views. The 3 mile length goes out to a view point of Lake Pend Oreille.

Don’t ride the portion toward scout trial. The partial loop from squirrel to lynx to lakeshore trail is mellow riding but not well signed and several other unmarked trails exist. The other parts of this loop are hike a bike, overgrown, and not actually there at all.

I wasn't able to find the part that loops back at the jct with Scout. I road CCW and explored for about 20 minutes trying to find the way back down. Ended up rifmdingnthe same section down and the did Lakeshore. I did see the trail with the sign "not recommended for bikes" but that didn't line up with anything on Trailforks.

We took this trail from Farragut to connect with Scout and it’s a nightmare. Black trail and hike a bike. Not recommended. Also — Scout not recommended going backwards from Farragut.
