Flows down nicely and even has some jumps and small table top style of jumps. This whole area is so close to the construction, but as of August 2018 this trail is still alive and well. The little jumps are fun, and if you hit the little rocky option at the bottom fast enough you can clear the second rock.

First time on it. Very dry. Feels more like a local neighborhood trail for kids.
