 Trail is clear and rideable. There are some bumps and a couple of muddy spots that could use some work. No issues for hiking.

 Mostly bikeable, but several logs need cutting. Trail could also use some cleaning of sticks and smoothing of bumps. No issues for hiking.

 Trail is hikeable but needs some smoothing to be bikeable. For easier hiking, several logs need cutting and there are a few wet spots that need work.
