High speed wide open trail, starts with a rock section, few berms and small jumps but it is very fast You get shaky hands after riding this one pinned.
The first section may or may not be rideable on a wider adaptive bike (ie. 3-4 wheels), but it might be possible, just very tight. There is a ride around. Instead of starting in the La Sept #7, continue left onto La Grande Douce M21 until the crossroads then go Left onto La Sept #7. The rest of the trail is very wide and should be no problem. There are some bridges and such but should be wide enough for 3-4 wheel adaptive bikes. But check to be sure.
