Good for a quick workout on the way home from work and with multiple access points make it easy to connect to other trails: the CCT South from the bottom of Accotink Dam, the CCT North into Wakefield Park, and most of the greater Accotink single track. This loop is also good with wet weather due to surfaces being gravel and some pavement. At the marina there are bathrooms, mini golf, ice cream, water fountains, etc.
