This loop focuses on the main outer area of the of the Lake Accotink Trail System. It starts at the Marina and uses the main gravel path trail until you reach the power lines on the edge of the park. Once you reach the power lines, you find the starting single track. While you are on the single track, be sure to take turns to stay close to the rail road tracks as shown along the route.
Detailed Description
Lake Accotink Loop (Basic) is a 4 mile moderately popular expert route located near Springfield Virginia. This mountain bike only route can be used one direction and has a moderate overall physical rating. This route includes 18 trails. This route climbs 294 ft with a max elevation of 330 ft then descends -298 ft.
