Stien går langs og veldig nær elven, noen partier involverer bratte steinheller, du må kanskje bruke de blå tauene,
noen deler av stien er enkle, noen har bruer, noen deler har steinhager, det er bratte partier med steiner av forskjellige størrelser i steinhagen, det er et sted hvor du kan gå opp med tau eller trapper, og se på ut for 1-2 eller kanskje 3 meter klipper. Så stien egner seg ikke for terrengsykling.

The trail goes along and very close to the river, some sections involve steep rock slabs, you might need to use the blue ropes,
some sections of the trail are easy, some have bridges, some section have rock gardens, the is steep sections with rocks of different sizes in the rock gardens, there is a spot where you can use a rope or stairs to walk up, and watch out for 1-2 or maybe 3 meter cliffs. So the trail is not suitable for mountain biking.

Coming from Askim Down from the left and under the bridge to the right side and up towards the road and to the left into the woods.
From Langnes, go past the info board, turn left follow the signs go at the private road, you will see a sign on the left, follow it, there this section is gravel so it should be easy to notice, just follow it go trail continues past the historical info.
