This trail is covered in flowers in August if the monsoons arrive. From mesa top to narrow canyon bottom, this trail passes through a wide variety of ecosystems.
This trail is hard to find in places when it travels through open grassland and ponderosa forests.. A map is recommended.
There are short sections of narrow tread along a steep hillside in areas where the trail climbs in and out of the canyons.
Water is likely in Langstroth Canyon but is not guaranteed.
Located deep in the wilderness. It is difficult to follow in places but well worth adding to a long trip into the wilderness.
