"Livewire" is a short, fun, winding 'single-track' trail located under the hydro lines, sandwiched between a graveled trail on the west and the BC Hydro access road to the east. The trail runs NNW to SSE and is smooth, winding, family friendly, forgiving, and with some small undulations. The grade is about 2% going north. Its a great way to get from the "access trail", coming from Ray Peter's Trail to the Brackendale Water Tower - Larry's Northwest Connector and Larry's Loop. The real fun, as always is riding it down.

Access Info

From the north, the trail-head is located by the Brackendale Water Tower gate (yellow). From the south, the trail starts as you come out of the access trail from Ray Peters' Trail - entrance to 'Cracked Patella'. There are 2 places to enter. 1) Ride along gravel travel for about 50 meters, going north, and it will on your right. 2) continue along access trail SE (towards "Two Cycle") and it will be on your left, between the two hydro lines.
