Another fun trail that helps form some of the "classic" Greenhorn loops. it is also useful for the connection it makes to the Red Warrior Trail.
From the Greenhorn side this trail climbs up the Lodgepole drainage and away from its intersection with the Mahoney Trail. This low, east end of the trail quickly meets up with the west end of the Cow Creek Connector Trail #153 before continuing up the drainage. In a couple miles, at saddle and a "T" intersection, the #310 meets up with the Mahoney-Lodgepole Connector Trail #819 on the left. To the right the Lodgepole Trail #310 continues to climb for a bit to a saddle before plunging downhill to the Red Warrior Trail.
