Lone Pine is a cow trail that leaves the saddle and Rippey Contour Trail and climbs to the top of the ridge east of Mulkey Creek. There the trail fades out and leaves you with huges views of the entire Salmon and Lemhi River Valleys and the magestic Beaverhead Mountains.
