Lost Planet is better as a downhill. It's probably more intermediate++ as it's more technical and rowdy than Deadwood over in the main Eagle Mountain trail system. There are several gullies that require a lot speed to get through without getting off your bike. Fortunately, there are steep sections before them to pick up momentum, including one with a nice small drop. In the winter the gullies collect snow and are muddy, so this trail is best ridden after the place has dried out for a while. Currently, using OHV-2 is the easiest way to get to the top of it as the other side requires hike-a-bike. You can use it as an up trail to get to E.D.N.III and Overwatch; however, it's a tough technical long climb. You can either exit at Future Tropic or bail early and take Time Machine back to Wildcat canyon (start of OHV-2).

      Shouldn't be a blue, more gnarly than alien vs. In some spots

      Still trying to figure out the color system but seams to us this trail has 4 sections more knarly then bandit. Anyway, this is our favorite trail to get down south the mountain. My 2 sons and I stopped a few times to remove some large rocks off the trail for the next guys. Them 65 12" tires don't go over the rocks like full size bikes.

      Motos have tore it up, you need to know this is not a typical "blue" trail with all the loose babyheads in the middle of the trail.
