Very technical descent through an old pine forest with steep rock faces and chutes. There are a few cruxes involving tight turns and bridge features with lots of exposure, but traction is excellent in dry conditions.

The trail is hard to find and follow at times so have somebody who knows it well show you the way.

      I checked the numbers, and in fact this trail Maibock is steeper than well-known steep BC trails like Deliverance in Squamish, Goat's Gully in Whistler, and Natural Selection in Pemberton. Yikes!

      Steep! Rode it twice, knowing the trail 2nd time down didn't make it any easier. Full commitment to ride down this trail down. Hiking down with bike is in fact harder.
