A joy of a trail for some, a long slog for others. There is a main climb that begins right after a large bridge over some wetlands. It is broken into three distinct sections: a smooth first section, a steep section with loose, rocky chunder, and then finally a steep rock face. The trail is wide and well-worn but still has several tricky climbs on the way out and fun descents on the way back.
The last section of trail between Ridgeline and Carriage Trail is referred to locally as Swam Pass.
