La MEC est un sentier de niveau difficile mesurant 3.5 km qui a été complétée en 2009. Ce sentier permet de faire une boucle d’environ 5 km avec le sentier Lutin Tom. Il comprend une section plus technique sur des caps de roche qui peut être évitée ainsi que plusieurs belles sections qui se parcours à vitesse élevée.
