Middle Earth is one of the most fun trails in the Tilted Mesa system, riding mostly on the Eastern side of the Chocolate Canyon gorge.
The trail changes personality a lot from one end to the other. Most of this trail is off-camber, and there's a little bit of exposure 2/3 of the way up, which some folks will be uncomfortable with (so you know).
