The Mine Shaft loop is the longest section of the Sacramento Pass trail system. It is a mix of rock and dirt, with a few tight spots and difficult switchbacks. It is generally ridden clockwise, but can be used in either direction.

 Good trail with some fairly challenging chunky bits, probably more advanced than intermediate. Agree might be more fun CCW.
