Fun up and down rocky single track. There is many drops and rock gardens. Rating is between black and blue. Minors loop can be accessed on the south (highest) point from night hawk or from the north (lowest) point from the parking lot. Usually ridden counter-clockwise.

Adaptive Bike Info
aMTB 3 Rating: Major obstacles exist. You will not be able to ride this solo. Support rider needed.

Best to avoid the east side and ride west side only clockwise downhill. There is a technical ledgy rock garden that most adaptive riders will need help on. There is an off camber section right before the dowhill. The downhill is also very technical with some tight turns in the switchback section.

Please take a look at this IMBA trail rating system, and maybe we can agree it's blue (not quite black)?

By the IMBA ratings, I would say it is blue. High blue, but not black.

It's Black if you carry any speed. Blue trail if you on all on the brakes the whole trail.

Yeah, that was what I was thinking. The drops and rock gardens are all rollable, but if you release your brakes, they come in real quick.

Blue? Black? Who cares. Bombing the drops on the right side of the loop is so much fun. For the record, though, I vote hard blue. Nothing as technical on the trail as Nascar or other blacks.

Maybe a good trail if you are looking for challenging climbs. The descend is not worth the climb.

The most popular route is to climb the service road and descend Miners on the east side, which is counter-clockwise on the Miners loop. For looping Miners, also more popular counter-clockwise, so climbing the switchbacky side (still challenging).
