Very tough connector trail that allows you to skip the unrideable section of Lactic Ridge, scoot over to the Moccasin Trail, back up and round to the start of Lactic Ridge and Slunt. Totally rideable, but not easy the summer months bring an extra challenge: all along the uphill side the nettles reach out and brush your uphill arm, stinging the crap out of you. Try to move away as you ride and you fall down Mount Fernie. Killer views and you ride through two avi chutes so the snow can hang around a little longer on this one.
Look for the sign as you head up Lactic Ridge
