Discesa dalla vetta del Navert verso est fino al bivio col sentiero 737. Da qui si può proseguire lungo lo stesso sentiero in cresta fino a Casarola in Val Bratica, oppure scendere col 737 verso il passo della Colla tra Val Cedra e Val Parma. La prima parte è ripida e scavata poi diventa più semplice
