Sentier qui offre 0 intérêts pour le vélo de montagne.

This is just a long, hard climb on uninteresting double-track, followed by a fairly rocky double-track descent. The descent might be fun on a good full-suspension bike, but you still have to make the climb first. Not at all technical, not my kind of riding. Would be great for fitness training.
